I have always loved baking for my family, friends and colleagues. About three years ago, I decided to begin making cakes commercially. I have not looked back!
I love the challenge of turning my customer’s ideas into reality. I create cakes that make the special events being celebrated even more memorable. I pride myself on my attention to detail and design; as important is the taste and flavour of the cake.
When it comes to my cake orders I use a friendly and professional approach from the initial consultation through to the finished product. It doesn’t matter whether I am making a tiered wedding cake or a box of cupcakes, the order is always equally important.
